Thank you for visiting my page ! Growing up in the US and now living in France are like having a foot in each world, with a lot of things to appreciate in each country. Why France? I'm not sure -- I only know that I always wanted to live in Paris and speak French, since I did not find that it was easy to learn languages and grow in these capacities in a work setting. Although I came to France originally for my studies, I ended up staying here, learning French, and building a different life. I remember being on the plane, watching the sunset and telling myself that my life was about to change. And it did! Here, I will talk all things expat life, work, culture and everything else related to France. It has been the most challenging, BUT exhilarating trip of my entire life.

My name is Alexandra Millman, and I have been living in Paris, France for more than 4 years. I am creative at heart, and love reading, traveling, and meeting new people. Originally from west of Washington, D.C., Paris has helped me bring together my favorite interests, and introduce me to new things! It is truly a combination of the past, present and the future.
